Positive: Very well appointed, sufficient provisions left for breakfast, hot drinks and milk in the fridge was very welcome. A good location for visiting Weston Park which is only 1.5 miles away.

Positive: The whole setting was lovely. It was clean and tidy. Little added extras were a great touch, and really welcoming. The hot tub after a busy day was great. Coffee machine and air fryer were great for ease and quickness too. We loved the stained glass window in the bathroom and the wagon wheel light in the living room (son wants one now in ours now hahaha)

Negative: The bed was just uncomfortable for our liking, we seen others loved it, but we could feel loads of springs, might get away with a mattress topper for now. Son is 6ft so didn’t sleep too well on the foldout bed which we assumed would have been a little bigger, but our brother stayed on the sofa bed downstairs and said it was super comfortable, but he did feel a bit awkward going to the toilet via the bedroom in the night.

Summary: Really lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Positive: Had everything we needed for a quick escape! Hot tub was great and the little touches made it special. They allowed us to put the food in the fridge before check in as it was 30 degrees out so that was an added bonus- thank you! Lovely pub 5 minute drive into the village- Hartley Arms.

Negative: Nothing, it was great.

Positive: Very clean and lovely looking house. The beds were made to my request . There were a few extras left which helped liked milk and the kids enjoyed the breakfast. Hot tub was lovely and easy to use.
