Summary: I can’t say enough good things about this sweet little spot. The cleanliness of the cabin and the thoughtfulness of the hosts were top notch. Little touches like the coffee area and the gift bag when we arrived were pleasant surprises. The incinerating toilet was interesting but not a detractor. We camp so it wasn’t a big deal. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but it was manageable and all the other touches outweighed any negative. Probably the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. We will be back.

Summary: John and Jen were such lovely hosts (they had a small July 4th gift basket waiting for us upon arrival) and Hummingbird Hideaway is charming as can be! This cozy spot is really thoughtfully put together inside and is minutes away from Chatuge Lake and Eagle Fork Winery. It's the perfect reprieve from life's hectic cadence.
