Positive: Location brilliant. Rooms spacious very private and quiet. The proximity to restaurants and walking into town so so good.

Negative: Only one toilet with no hand basin. You have to be fit to get upstairs to the two bedrooms. A fixed handrail would be better on stairs up to the apartment. 2 toilets would be so much better

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated house in Saumer. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a two-night stay… wish we had stayed longer. Everything was clean and fresh and exceptionally comfortable.

Negative: We had no issues, but the house would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs are steep.

Summary: We would definitely return to this charming house!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. Our host, Amelie was a very welcoming and responsive. The house is a short walk to shops and restaurants which was very convenient. The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to prepare meals. As you would expect for a townhouse, the living area is reached by a set of stairs and second set to the bedrooms, something to consider if you have young children. We would stay again, the town centre location is so convenient and there is a garage with secure access to the property. Definitely a gem of a find in Saumur!

Positive: This town house is fabulous. The decor is exceptional with beautiful furnishings. We only had 2 nights but wish we’d longer. It had everything we needed. The private parking was a bonus. On a quiet street with shops and restaurants around the corner. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay.
