Positive: Great location, lovely large room, tastefully appointed, very comfortable bed. Check-in staff were very helpful, breakfast was a nice buffet with both local and western options.

Negative: Trying to get coffee at breakfast in the morning. The first time we had breakfast it took more than ten minutes to get two lukewarm cups of coffee. The second time we waited 16 minutes and still hadn’t gotten our order of two black coffees, so we left and purchased them later at a nearby cafe. Very disappointed considering the hotel is fairly expensive especially for China, and other services had been good.

Summary: Swank hotel in great location. Coffee needs some work.

Negative: The Wi-Fi was terrible: unacceptably slow and inconsistent.

Summary: If it were not for the poor Wi-Fi, I would rate it 10/10.

Positive: Excellent service and friendly staff and they are very helfull. Restuarant is very nice

Negative: Check in areas too small. The hotel do not have laundry service and no Iron
