Summary: Everything was good except for the fact that the room was not ready even though we checked in much later as was intimated during booking. No toiletries, no towels, no tea/ coffee etc all of which were provided only after complaining .

Summary: One cannot expect more than this from this great staff at this Hotel - Perfect service and care provided by all at front desk , reception -Saif , John and Ram . Good breakfast service and staff was helpful

Summary: Good cooperation from the staff, clean, well maintained. Only difficulty we had the restaurant staff do not understand kannada, english, hindi, so difficult to order the ala carte food, but food is good.
