Positive: The house was great for our stay and the greeting team were lovely. Great facilities.

Negative: Nothing to do with the accommodation. The restaurant we wanted to go to in Kinghorn had closed and in Kirkcaldy the kitchens close pretty early. There are plenty of takeaway options and a lovely pub in Kinghorn but check and book ahead for eating out.

Positive: Very comfortable property, close to the beach and train. Hot tub was brilliant according to young adults who used it!

Negative: A little bit of noise from pub downstairs Saturday night (didn’t interfere with sleep though). Neighbouring property having building work done which spoils view a little, will be fabulous once completed though.

Positive: Everything. Super layout, ultra modern, and unusually left the basic - tea, coffee, fairy liquid, shampoos, dish washer tablets… etc. TV in every room. Can’t fault it at all. And hot tub just brilliant.

Summary: Excellent property, whole family loved it and 5 year old grandson wants to come back!
