Summary: Staff were very friendly and helpful. I understand they don’t set the rates. But at £90 (including discount) it cost a pound extra than the room I regularly use in nearby Shipley, which isn’t exactly the Ritz, but it’s miles ahead of this.

Summary: Room was very big, clean and airy. Very hot so asked for fan,,,,Adam on reception soon sorted. Big car park and wifi is adequate. Bathroom decor a bit tired and stain on carpet near bathroom door. Pub on site keep good beers and the food is ok. Didn’t use the swimming pool. If in the area would definitely stay again.

Summary: The room was vast, spacious and comfortable. Absolutely spotless and immaculate. Very comfortable bed. I slept really well. No breakfast supplied on Saturdays except for Light Breakfast on-the-go at £4, which was adequate and reasonable value. Sunday cooked breakfast not served until 9.30 which was too late for me.

Summary: What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning! We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊

Summary: Hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. Felt somewhat unsafe as there was no way of locking the door from the inside. Toilet had trouble flushing needing at least two goes. Pub was very dark but food was OK.
