Positive: The rooms were huge beds comfortable need a bit of an update but did the trick n was good for one night stay

Negative: The property is so dated needs a complete refurb but then prices would go up Zi suppose but rooms were clean entrance is a bit shoddy

Summary: Got what we paid for great price rooms clean and huge cheap price but does need a nice refurb

Positive: It was value for money in that the cost reflected what was provided.

Negative: Room was a bit dated with bed and sofa bed in need of an upgrade - not the most comfortable night. Restaurant and bar both closed with these services transferred to the pub. Food in pub could've been better even by 'pub grub' standards. Breakfast in a bag wasn't great either, but for the cost it also reflected what you got.

Summary: Not the most comfortable room and unlikely to make a return visit.

Positive: The size of the rooms was very good

Negative: It’s looking rather tired, we came down for breakfast and the young man took our order, after 45 mins waiting ( they’re was a lot of other people which is why we were patient) but then we enquired and it had been forgotten , when it came out it was all Luke warm with exception of the tomatoes! We ate what we could and left as we were meeting family- disappointing
