Positive: We loved the space, the layout, the epic shower and the very short walk to the beach. The apartment is very quiet yet doesn't feel isolated. We stayed in January and managed to visit most of the beaches between Chapel and Mablethorpe - many of which were beautifully quiet.

Positive: It was perfect for a weekend getaway. Step out and you’re on the beach. Lovely for walks and a hidden gem as the area is quiet and peaceful! But if needed more life plenty within 20 minutes. Apartment had everything you needed. Was clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue but was sorted straight away.

Negative: The only thing I would have said was we could not get a taxi to go further afield in the evening, and the main club/bar was shut? but I believe that was because one of the roads was shut and also was just out of season. Saying that we managed with the local tavern and food delivery service .

Summary: A lovely hidden gem and will definitely return 😀

Positive: Gorgeous flat, with a very convenient cafe downstairs. The shower was particularly welcome after a long walk on the beach to Chapel St Leonards.

Negative: Couldn’t fault it. Had to ask for the wifi code but the team obliged. Although the flat and cafe were great, and the proximity to the wonderful Anderby beach was perfect for a short stay, there wasn’t much else to do in the village.

Summary: A lovely stay in a beautiful location. Perfect for a couple of nights or cosy long weekend.

Positive: Perfect location, a stones throw from the beach front. The apartment had everything needed for our weekend break, was beautifully decorated and much bigger than the pictures too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
