Positive: A superbly appointed flat with very stylish design elements and beautifully presented.

Negative: it was hard to find the entrance as the entrance is via an alleyway at the back of the building. I couldn't see anything in the instructions however a helpful shop owner showed me the back alley. It may not be possible but some UHT semi skim milk would be really helpful.

Negative: Lack of address details on correspondence including that apartment was accessible from round the back of the building. Had to phone the owner. Information that the key safe was to be found under the stairs when in fact it was on the hand rail on the first landing. Had to phone the owner again in a short space of time. Many of the items listed were not present such as toiletries, hair dryer etc. We didn't need these but it is misleading on the accomodation information. Also the listing details that breakfast is included which isn't the case. Under the stairs was messy and on the first landing of the stairs where the keysafe was, there was lots of litter on the floor behind the railings including cigarette ends. Not very nice when approaching the apartment

Positive: The host was very nice and the property was clean. The Internet was distrupted but the host went out of their way to get alternative Internet. I would love to come back anytime I am visiting London.
