Positive: BEAUTIFUL new property, very clean and modern insides of the little homes. Great pool, lots of nice space outside for relaxing in different environments. Staff is very friendly. Only a half hour walk to the Besikeh temple, which was why I chose it!

Negative: It is advertised as an eatery and a place to get coffee, but there is not yet (brewed) coffee and the food they have is getting delivered in. Perhaps that is going to change soon!

Positive: The location, The view, the accommodation, the service, the food all are excellent. Would recommend a minimum 3night stay. We hiked the Mountain Agung and you need a good rest after, for which the pool is perfect. Also the staff was very good at organising the tour as well as driver. The food was very good especially the Cap Chay (vegetable with chicken soup). Would need a car or motorbike. Tried walking to the temple but encountered lots of dogs that barked and got too close. We enjoyed our stay to a maximum. Thank you for your service.

Positive: Brand new hotel, so everything is new and lovely. Stunning landscaping, wonderful family business, with genuine homestay feel. The family go above and beyond to do averything in their power to make your stay great. You can arrive here with no plans, and they will happily arrange transportation to all the local attractions for a reasonable fee. The cabins overlook a magical valley. The bedding is decadent and just that alone is worth the money for the accommodation. The bed is very comfortable.

Negative: The family owners are receptive to improvement suggestions and are doing their bests to make changes, which may take some time. Some current items include: Limited food and drink options with avg 1 hour wait for food to be delivered from outside restaurant Limited surface space to put things Only one electric plug outlet

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the Hidden Valley. The hosts were really helpful with everything and were so nice! The outside areas were really cozy with a refreshing pool facing a nature valley and sunset, and it is filled with different flowers. The place is close to a beautiful temple area, which the hosts arranged a guide and a driver to take us to. The location is also close to the hike leading to Mt. Agung, which they also arranged for us. We definitely recommend staying here and will be back next time we visit Indonesia.
