Positive: This is perfect if you’re visiting family or just looking for a quiet escape. The neighborhood is very quiet. The homes is very spacious and clean. It is pet friendly but keep in mind it does not have a back yard or a fenced in front yard. Though there is an enclose front porch where you and your pet can sit for fresh air without worrying they will run off. The area has restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The property is about minutes away from Bonnet Springs Park which is beautiful.

Negative: There is a pipe/leak issue with the bathtub in the master bedroom. It leaks under the floor into the shower. It only stopped once the hot water is turned off.

Summary: It was relaxing, quiet and beautiful. I will be back again.
