Summary: The location and layout of the home was great. The highlight especially included the entire backyard/outdoor kitchen/outdoor large seating with amenities/pool and jacuzzi. Customer service was not great. Communication from Destination Vacations service was not clear nor welcoming. There was no welcome note or welcome basket. That was disappointing given the relatively high rental price paid plus a relatively long > 1 week
