Negative: Staff doesn’t know a word of English. The property manager is the only person who knows English but she comes only to get cash and then disappears . Rest of staff doesn’t know English Breakfast was included in our package and when we asked for breakfast those guys didn’t even know what we were saying . I then had to WhatsApp the manager who then spoke to the people and got us breakfast after waiting for 40minutes and then we got late to airport and almost missed our flight. Alo they don’t have escalator and we stayed 3 floors up. A guy helped us when we checked in to carry our luggage but when we asked the manager (on WhatsApp )for help to carry our luggage down on the day of checkout she said sorry there is no one to help. And we had to carry 4 large suitcases ourselves down. I would never stay here again.

Positive: We are afamily from Saudi Arabia.We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for my family. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and amazingly helpful throughout our stay. The traditional breakfast was delicious, and overall the experience was truly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Positive: The hotel itself was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable and the facilities were worthy of a 5-star hotel. The location was also convenient, and overall the stay was pleasant.

Negative: Unfortunately, the airport transfer that was included in our reservation did not pick us up, so we had to take a taxi ourselves. Also, communication with the staff was difficult because most of them did not speak English well. There was confusion even regarding breakfast information, which made the experience less comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful hotel with good facilities, but the service and communication need improvement.

Positive: The room is absolutely cozy and felt very luxurious. But what made the stay truly remarkable was the warm and hospitable breakfast we had with the remarkable hosts, it was like going to eat at your grand parents who kept giving you more and more stuff and you leave all stuffed, but happy in the tummy. And shoutout to Adrisa, who showed us the property and also took her valuable time to guide us on things in the hotel as well as Albania. What makes a stay truly remarkable isnt just the property but the people who run the property.

Positive: Super friendly staff! We were well accomodated with our late arrival (midnight). The apartment was perfect: spacious and well-appointed. We had a relaxing night of sleep and the heater worked very well; it was very cozy. In the morning, we had a lovely breakfast downstairs where, again, everyone was super friendly. Easy check out in the morning. We only stayed one night, but everything was great. Thank you, HH Point!

Negative: Not a problem for us, but probably good to know that there doesn’t seem to be an elevator (I didn’t see one). Keep in mind if you have mobility issues we. We were offered help with our bags, though.

Negative: Nothing major, everything was good overall.
