Summary: Aircon stuck on freeze. Safety box out of battery. Bathroom made, i guess in the 70s or early 80s. Not in museum condition atm.

Summary: Service was wonderful! Staff were so friendly and helpful. There’s free shuttle to MOA which was nice. I wish there was also a shuttle to NAIA. I wanna rate it 5 stars, however, it felt like I was misled by the pictures of the room. The room looked new on the pictures and I booked it with the thought that they would be new or remodeled. However, we were upgraded to a Junior suite and even though that was nice at first, I was disappointed with the room. It was spacious but it was incredibly dated. We didnt really need a big room for a one night stay. I would rather have a remodeled room. Also, despite of being at 6th floor it was incredibly noisy from the road. This also did not help when we have an early flight to catch. Breakfast buffet is ok. They barely had any Filipino options which was disappointing. I dont think I’ll book with them again. The staff are wonderful but i’d rather spend my money elsewhere with better room and food options

Summary: Good value hotel with genuinely excellent service. The staff could not have been nicer, and when I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi on arrival, they responded quickly and fixed it without fuss. Breakfast was great, and the room, while slightly dated, was comfortable, clean and perfectly sufficient for the price. Overall, a low-cost stay that delivered exactly what I needed, with friendly and helpful people making the experience feel much better than expected.
