Positive: Exceptional property in a fabulous and truly beautiful part of Shropshire. The Hen Den exceeded our expectations with it's stunning location. So peaceful it really is rural British countryside at it's finest. Beautifully decorated, well thought out and absolutely spotless with quality furnishings and beds. The host Amanda was a lovely lady and extremely welcoming and kind. We would return in a heartbeat ,The Hen Den is faultless! Ludlow close by and a fabulous food centre with local produce all about a 15 min drive.
Negative: There was nothing not to like and please ignore the review about the drive up to the property. We have stayed in numerous off grid places and if keeping to speed requested is a typical country track, we encountered nothing that would damage our car which was a standard car.

Positive: Beautifully appointed cottage. Very secluded, quiet and very peaceful. Dark skies and rural setting but with all mod cons. Despite its quiet location it is only 15 mins from Ludlow and 10 mins from gorgeous pub!
