Positive: Beautiful lodge with well designed layout and plenty of space inside and in garden. Great to have well maintained dog walking field so close to lodge for energetic spaniel!

Negative: Big cracks in ceiling and in the main bedroom the oil heater is in the cupboard and you could smell oil in the room was very hot due to this
