Positive: Location, facilities, hot tubs, cleanliness. Loved the proximity to park & ride & toby carvery. Loved the quiet & outside space

Negative: TV remote & fire remote weren’t working properly. WiFi was very weak signal so we couldn’t watch Netflix without it lagging a lot. Games room was a bit tired & we paid 50p for pool and didn’t have all the balls

Positive: Lots of freedom for the children to play, safe from the main road. Loved relaxing in the hot tub once children in bed.

Negative: Floorboards squeaked so could hear everybody getting up

Positive: It was nice and secluded, had a Toby carvery and a retail park near by, The facilities were really good, games room sauna and jacuzzi, we were left some bread milk butter tea coffee and sugar, that was a nice touch, The owner came to the property to make sure we had settled in ok,

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like but a suggestion- Maybe a welcome pack with leaflets of places that do all types of food deliveries and checking out instructions,

Positive: Everything! Couldn't have asked for more. Excellent facilities with seemingly any requirements catered for. Especially grateful for the effort put into Christmas decorations. Our family loved it.
