4 Bedroom House in Guelph

How about a Fall/Winter get away with griends or Family. This clean, peaceful and bright four bedroom house on a quiet court is awaiting your arrival. This house has several spots to relax indoors and outdoors. It has an open concept kitchen to cook in which is open to a dinning room table that seats ten people and a living room with a gas fireplace to relax by. The backyard is very large, private, quiet and fenced in. This spot is extremely well located. It is a five minute walk to the University, food shopping, restaurants and a pharmacy is just outside the Court. The Mall, downtown, hiking and skiing trails are all within a 15 to 35 minute walk. There are several great restaurants to walk to near my house. Manhattan’s is my favorite as it’s close and it has live Jazz music.

Summary: A beautifully appointed home, spacious, comfortable, large fenced yard for my pups. The kitchen and dinning areas have absolutely everything you might need. The beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms spotless, again with anything you might have forgotten. Kim is so attentive to your needs. I really can't say enough. A seamless family holiday just before Christmas. The house was tastefully decorated for the holidays. Amazing

Summary: We were in the area to attend a family wedding. The house was so uniquely decorated and so well equipped. The location was excellent. Kim was so easy to get ahold of and responded to each request quickly. I would highly recommend her house for a stay away from home.
