Positive: The host made check in super easy. It was really nice that there was air conditioning and a coffee machine - a life saver when traveling. The neighbourhood was interesting to walk around too. The sleeper couch was super comfortable for me, but would probably be a little small for a larger/ heavier person.

Negative: Cleanliness was ok, but it's always nicer to feel a place is sparklingly clean. If this were sorted it would be an excellent stay.

Summary: Ticked all our boxes - air con, kitchenette, bathroom, cool area & close to transport connections.

Positive: The place is very interesting in Harlem not far from Central Park. Train station and metro as well. I liked the charm of the property and Harlem too. Popular and good neighborhood. It was exactly the kind of place I wanted in New York.

Negative: The building need maybe if possible to add isolation because we can hear everything inside. People talking and walking inside. But the place is well managed and very clean. Also my room was very small but for a few days it was Ok. If you want a place with a table in order for study or work this room are not for you. Maybe you have to ask for that before. I didn’t ask if all the room are small. The manager is very nice and kind. I really appreciated our communication before and during my stay. And all the staff was great.
