Summary: Need a larger room for breakfast. Staff couldn't keep up with the demand for food.

Summary: It will be interesting to see when it’s done being remodeled. Highly disappointed upon arrival to find hotel under construction. Address is listed as 10 N Irwin but the hotel actually sits on Sixth facing Irwin, GPS had us going in circles. No name on hotel, entire front covered in construction mess, workers everywhere. There is a train nearby but never woke us up. Staff kept pushing that the pool was open but it was green. No bath dispenser in shower, room had not been remodeled vs other rooms that had. We stayed 5 nights, while all staff was excellent we would have not stayed knowing it was a construction zone. Entire parking lot we were told to use had construction bins haphazardly everywhere and an old truck last registered in 2020 sitting in choice preferred parking. Tile in area between temporary check in and breakfast spot was uneven and a tripping hazard.

Summary: We were not informed that the hotel was under rebranding and construction to remove the comfort inn logos. But...everyone was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with options, overall a quiet hotel and perfectly located in a lovely downtown with lots of dining and shopping options in walking distance.i would stay again.

Summary: The rooms and hotel were clean. They actually had breakfast and choices. It would be nice to have a meatless option besides eggs though. Staff was wonderful and good service!!

Summary: Hotel was simple but clean and staff was SUPER WARM AND AMAZING. It is a little dated, but clean overall for a simple stay. Staff is what took it above and beyond with how warm and kind they were. It was consistent hellos and offers to help.

Summary: Plenty of parking. Nice Small pool for the kids. Simple breakfast daily with some healthy options fruit and yogurt, waffle maker and cooked sausage and eggs. Wonderful welcoming staff. They went out of their way to receive five paintings delivered during my stay while I was away from the property. comfortable rooms. Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, special ice cream store, Fox theatre, art gallery & bars. For a small town the hotel is perfectly located (except for train). Improved water pressure, I stayed here three separate years and this year it was fixed/stronger. In room mini fridge and strong AC. Negatives - building is very close to train & it goes by multiple times a day and very disruptive. I don’t recall it passing while asleep. fake hardwood flooring in the rooms - I prefer a carpet but the floors were nice color.
