Positive: Reasonably convenient for walking into town. Nice large room with good bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Negative: Floor was very bare, considering the heating was just sufficient it would have been nice to have had a few rugs. For the size and cost of the room the two chairs might have been more comfortable. These were quite basic.

Summary: We enjoyed Ghent.

Positive: The property is very close to the station, it has super markets close by, the owner is super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was cleaned everyday. The room was super quiet and the air conditioning was nice. We were give daily water supply and there was sweets and fruits in the lobby for the guests.

Negative: We were on top floor and there was no elevator

Summary: It was splendid stay and we loved it.

Positive: The rooms were clean and well equipped with amenities like toiletries, bathrobe, towels, coffee items etc. Location was also good and the host helped us with arranging a parking.

Negative: We had booked 2 rooms. 1 of it was cozy and well structured but the other was the one with see through (almost) washrooms. It was a bit uncomfortable for our parents. The AC was working but with a strangely inbuilt timer which disturbed our sleep several times.

Positive: Location handy to train station & city centre. Room very spacious & relaxing. Bed, pillows & bedding super comfy & the linen so beautifully soft, very luxurious feel. Everywhere, right from the guest lounge & checking in & up to the room is beautifully decorated. Loved the bottles of water & coffee pods provided.

Positive: Outstanding place. Easy walking distance from the main station. Well connected to city center, you can walk or take public transport. The house is beautifully renovated inside and comes with outstanding community areas in form of a large backyard and a lounge area. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. I loved especially the spacious, bright, and clean bathroom that created a mediterranean holiday feeling. Great breakfast option with fantastic coffee. Very friendly host; impeccable communication. The space has everything you need for a little retreat and city exploration.

Negative: My room was facing street side. As a light sleeper, I would not sleep with open windows. But when closed, they isolated well. No problem.
