Positive: The room has comfy beds, good room facilities, polite friendly staff, dinner was nice and home cooked. free parking but expected.

Negative: meals were pricey, room rate pricey for one night without breakfast, i think breakfast should have been included, didn't arrive till 6,30pm and left at 10.30am. there was a sewage like smell around the place. The wifi was terrible, phone signal not very good.

Positive: The staff were lovely, the service and food were absolutely fabulous. The room was so big and we absolutely loved it. We slept so well.
