Negative: Floor hadn't been cleaned - walking around in bare feet after a shower, the soles of my feet were black.

Positive: This was perfect for us. It was a single night stop over where we needed to sleep. The room is basic but clearly very clean. The pub was very friendly and the food good. Good parking facilities and also worth a walk from there down along the river path which was lovely
