Summary: I’ve stayed here many times over the last 5-6 years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Staff are super attentive and everything is generally of a high standard especially breakfast!

Summary: No soap suitable for washing faces — liquid soap okay for hands but stings eyes. Housekeeping could be improved— we had to ask for things like towels that were removed in the morning but not replaced. Maintenance also needs improvement — small repairs were needed in our room.

Summary: The hotel is a little bit dated. The bathrooms need a bit of work. The iron did not work. The hairdryer was great. Having said that, the service was really fantastic. They brought me a new iron quickly. I had a fridge in the room. They were able to loan me an electric adaptor. The hamburger in the restaurant was delicious. The wine prices at the bar were reasonable. I would stay again.

Summary: Fantastic staff and nice and clean. Only let down was the outdated bathroom that’s in need of a refurbishment. Bath shower and taps are all old and out of date. The bath towels are far too small. The complimentary tea coffee should be updated too.

Summary: Very nice hotel room but otherwise the hotel didn't live up to our expectations. Service was poor, housekeeping missed to clean our room (one out of three days), and the overall experience was that staff was not interested in service. There was only a few elevators available next to the front desk, and the stairs was "hidden" at the side of the building, which caused problems if you wanted to get to a higher floor with a long waiting time at almost any time of the day.
