Positive: Entire facility is remarkable! Scattered with beautiful art work, the public rooms and private sanctuaries are pleasing to the eye, decorated perfectly. Every amenity is of the highest. The staff was delightful, the shuttle prompt and the location superb. Did I mention that we enjoyed?? So will you!

Positive: It was very nice inside/ the room was beautiful/ great gas fireplace/ beautiful bathroom/shower/ nice toiletries/ cool Nespresso in bathroom. Although a tea bag & some non powdered cream for the coffee would have been nice. Wine & cheese hour was fantastic!

Negative: There was a surprise Resort Fee on site after Booking.com said it was “the total amount.” Upon quietly and respectfully disagreeing with the front desk clerk, he unnecessarily spoke so loudly and continuously that it was embarrassing and felt mildly aggressive. The Jacuzzi wasn’t warm / he said “ it works. We tried again/ it wasn’t warm. We carried our bags/no butler/ found out about wine & cheese from The Spa operator when she helped us find our room. The place is beautiful / rough start at front desk so we didn’t learn about amenities offered.

Summary: The beautiful room & complimentary app hour were highlights and appreciated

Positive: It is under construction which I did not realize. Also the fireplace was gas and I thought it was traditional. But still a nice experience

Negative: Because it was under construction and I was out in a room near the construction it was very noisy early in the morning.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful and unique, especially all the native art that you can see around the corridors and in the rooms. Cleaning service is great.

Negative: We were returning customers and thrilled to be back. We had ooked a room in august but when we arrived, they gave us a room on the ground floor, facing the street , very noisy , the wifi didn’t work and even the fireplace did not turn on. We called the front desk but no rooms were available. We tried to sleep one night in that room, but it was impossible. The next day, after taking time speaking to the manager, they moved us to a room of a lower range from the one we had initially reserved, without even offering us a discount for the great inconvenience. Having to move rooms and stress about this situation was very frustrating, and negatively impacted our second stay in Santa Fe, especially as we were only staying for 3 nights. We are very disappointed, we were so pleased last time. The butler service doesn’t work at all, we called twice for water. Once, they brought us bottled water, but the second night, they told us that from that day, they had stopped giving plastic bottles and only gave refillable ones. For how envidonmental friendly that is, having to wonder around the hotel for water at all hours is definitely an inconvenience. Someone was also supposed to come and help us with our suitcases, or guide us to our room, but no one ever came. For a 5 star hotel, this is extremely disappointing.

Negative: Cannot think if a think we did not care for on this property.
