Summary: The Greenwell is an older hotel that has been renovated well. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The water was hot and shower pressure good. It is well insulated so you don't hear noise from the rooms next door or people coming and going in the parking lot. We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool or exercise room, but they looked clean and inviting. We also didn't have a chance to eat at the Eatery so I don't know how it is. The few interactions we had with the staff were helpful and friendly.

Summary: This is an older property it seems like which doesn't bother me. It is well maintained and very clean. The beds were plenty comfy and the rooms are large. The staff was very nice and the restaurant next door was great!

Summary: The place looked abandoned when we arrived from the north west, but inside the lobby was clean and welcoming. The mattress was hard and the bathroom needs updating as the condition of the facilities made it difficult for anything to look clean even though i think it was .

Summary: When we first checked into the room, we noticed a smell coming from the bathroom.. I dont know if it was the sewage or if someone had used it right before we checked it, but we sprayed some air freshener and flushed and was good the rest of the time. The bathroom down by the pool however was not maintained, it smelled awful onto of the shower being deing dirty and having no water pressure. The countertop had a standing pile of old soap build up from under the dispenser. But even with the bathroom issues the beds were comfy and clean and this place was huge and pretty cool it had a restaurant with it.

Summary: It looked like a great hotel, but when we got the room, they sent us to the back to a motel strip behind the building which was a little less than desirable. Old small toilets, but the room was a good size.

Summary: Nice staff. Room was ok. In bad need of updating. Floor squeaks with every step and although room was clean, door had cracks of light coming through. And security lock was broken. Bed was comfortable. Call hotel Directly for room rates Would I return? No.
