Positive: The location is superb, it’s recently been refurbished. The beds and very comfortable.

Negative: The desk staff were miserable and not the Irish welcome you expect. You had to ask everything, nothing was forth coming. Our friends had no hot water for showers at 8.40am. The breakfast was a very average. No nut or seeds on offer, no Irish soda bread. But there was a huge honeycomb which was lovely.

Summary: The location is perfect. The room is comfortable and beds fabulous. But the desk staff we had were aloof and miserable,

Positive: Location was fabulous! We walked everywhere from this hotel - Trinity College, Guinness Storehouse, Parks, Shopping, Museums, Restaurants, Bars, all within walking distance. We felt very safe in this area. Breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. Rooms were wonderful and the most comfortable mattress I've slept on the whole vacation. We would absolutely come back to stay at The Green!

Negative: Nothing - it was perfect!

Summary: Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of everything! Walkable to everything, yet quiet location.
