Positive: Great accomadation for large family gatherings. All able to sit in the garden with the use of huge hottub. There is plenty of seating outside for everyone. Excellent local pub with fab food within walking distance. Very quiet neighbourhood, which was peaceful. Would recommend it.

Positive: Fabulous hot tub, fun games room, very generous welcome package full of goodies!

Negative: Lack of tea towels, dish washer tablets meant most of the cutlery & a lot of the crockery needed to be washed before use. Although it is self catering most upper end accommodations now provide these necessities. Perhaps I shouldn’t have assumed they’d be provided…….

Summary: A super weekend enjoyed by us all (ages 9-72).

Positive: Lovely area, lovely house, huge garden, very spacious, lots to do for the family. Hot tub is huge! Lots of different areas to enjoy on the property. Welcome Hamper was lovely. THANK YOU!

Negative: Lots of rules pinned around the house, a booklet may have been easier to follow. Appreciate that rules are needed though, none were unreasonable. Cups and plates needed cleaning after guests who hadn't done them to a good standard.
