Positive: Great location just 20 minutes from the airport on a busy time and next to three sets of shopping malls .

Negative: The staff is disorganised . They have no facility to arrange a simple taxi. It took the reception fifteen minutes to get one and then they said 3 times it’s is chargeable which was never my question any way . Even the amount of the charge was unknown to the reception . There is no gate man or staff at the main door only one uniformed agency security service who was unconcerned that a guest was seeking to hire a cab. The room alloted 644 was difficult to reach . No one escorted me to the room , once you come out of the lift the directions to the room are not visible as I later found that the signage is covered due to maintenance work . A basic breakfast for a five star if I can say so . There is no bar worth the name as the one in the lobby has been made so that no one really sits there . A beautiful property and fantastic location ruined due to some poor planning and poor staff training.
