Summary: I was supposed to be able to check in at 2:00 pm but there was no staff on sight. However there was a number to call so I did and the staff member said she would be there at 3:30. A bit of an inconvenience when I had a function to be at by five. When the staff member arrived they were pleasant and helpful.
