Summary: Room was clean staff were pleasant

Summary: Great location and room was perfect. Smart TV a nice touch. Contrary to what Hotel.com say, the hotel doesn't have parking so you need to park in the 24 hour car park a street away. Check in was confusing as you had to go to a different hotel across the road but it was fine. You also have to go there for breakfast.

Summary: Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It’s an old style building though- so you can hear people in the street or going up/down the corridor outside. Doesn’t bother me- but would be disturbing for a light sleeper. However- Ilfracombe is a sleepy Devon town so there is no noise after pubs shut or before 6am

Summary: It’s a very nice hotel not a lot of noise but the WiFi in certain rooms doesn’t work well and the phone signal isn’t strong enough to counteract it

Summary: We had breakfast included in the price from Expedia but when we got to the hotel they were charging £2 less for each breakfast
