Positive: We were delighted with everything about The Granary, standard of finish, facilities etc were second to none. Everything we could want was provided - and more. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer - a stopover before travelling from Gatwick on holiday. However, as our son and family live nearby we will try to come back as soon as we can. Isabel, the host, is an absolute star.

Positive: This is the BEST stay I’ve ever had at any property, and I’m very well travelled! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous, spotless and incredible. It was nice and spacious, had amazing amenities and the most lovely host you’ll ever meet. We would all come back to the Brighton area just to stay here! If you’re considering booking at the Granary you definitely should and will not regret it. I’d recommend staying an extra night if you have other plans as you’ll be keen to stay in the Granary and explore the local village for as long as possible! Both the sofa bed and the main bed are extremely comfortable (we were even checking the brand of the bedding ahah) and the property strikes the perfect balance of comfort and coziness.

Very well set up, with such great character but all the facilities you could hope for - lovely bathroom, very useful kitchen and nice living room area for relaxing. Great set of instructions and recommendations from Izzy for dinner / breakfast locally - she really goes out of her way to make it a fantastic stay.

Positive: There is nothing negative we can say about our long weekend stay at The Granary! Toasty warm upon arrival, delightfully furnished with lots of extra touches. Immaculately clean, good quality linen, towels and even dressing gowns. Located just outside the village of Hurstpierpoint an ideal location to explore the Sussex Downs. We enjoyed supper locally at The New Inn and breakfast at Wayfield Park Farm Shop at Pyecombe. Thank you Izzy, we had everything you could wish for, your welcome and care throughout our stay was amazing – we will be back!

We were very comfortable there and it was very well equipped. Izzy made us feel very welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed. She even made us a Valentine's Day tray which was very sweet
