Positive: A fantastic clean, stylish and spacious dog friendly property. We all enjoyed the comfortable ground floor homely accommodation and outdoor area which was very well presented and perfectly equipped. Lovely riverside walk.

Negative: The location was more remote than we expected, lovely by day, but can only be accessed by very dark lanes by evening/night. No safely walkable amenities for unfamiliar guests after dark. The fold up additional bed with a thin mattress was only really suitable for a child. We were accompanied by an older parent who slept on the large sofa, which was acceptable. However, it was not a sofabed as specified when I booked. I would recommend the property unreservedly for a couple, or with one child, but for additional adults it requires a more substantial bed.

Summary: Fantastic, dog friendly, home from home.
