Summary: A great two day stay in Kent, mainly to go for a tour on the Balfour Winery. A nice and cosy inn in the English country side, just as it says on the tin. We will be back for more exploring in the future I am sure.

Summary: We stayed in the suite and had no hot water and no heating. Manager had left and staff unable to help. Was told we had to shower in a different room then lied that they had sent maintenance. Hotel refused refund and lied.
