Summary: Valet returned my Tesla with a beverage spilled and dried to my white passenger seat after I just paid to detail the car before this trip. When I pointed it out to front desk she did immediately refund ONE day of parking however my vehicle should not have had anyone drinking in it and that beverage sat there stinking up my car for 2 fill days. Hotel room fridge was not cleaned out and a previous guests leftovers were still in it. I was told someone from management would call me to discuss but nobody did. The mattress in the room is old and outdated and did not measure up to my expectation for this type of hotel.

Summary: staff wasn’t at the desk upon arrival just a sign that they would be right back which was a 15 min wait. The bed mattress was lumpy and uneven.

Summary: Valet parking was easy. Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel bar was excellent. Overall stay was amazing and other restaurants were easily a walkable distance.

Summary: Had an awful room on the top floor that only had one window that was maybe 2’ x 2’ big. It’s not like the hotel was sold out so I’m not sure why they put me in what was a glorified closet. I was exhausted and just didn’t have the energy to complain.

Summary: Staff was super friendly, helpful, building was clean, room was clean, everything was very nice! FYI incase it matters for others- everything is hard surface, EVP, Tile, ect- so sound does carry from room to room/ people walking in heels on the tile hallway floors. It didn't bother us, but it did wake me up a time or two. Also Pot is legal in Hartford, so the lobby, the workers, the town in general smelt like marijuana. (if you're from out of town thats weird to experience). Everyone was very pleasant and professional, but the smell of weed was unpleasant (to us). but not anything that would change my rating of the hotel. our room did not smell, just the lobby. hotel is within walking distance of the train station- which is why we chose it. continental breakfast was waffles w/ syrup, yogurt, coffee and muffins. so if you're looking for something a little heartier- plan to go out.
