Summary: The rooms, especially bathrooms, were not very clean but the price is low. Still a good cleaning would make the guest experience much more pleasant. I found the reception staff helpful and the guest house is located near the River and restaurants and pubs. The property’s access to the walking path along the river is not cleared of debris but I did enjoy morning walks along the river.

Summary: We booked 4 rooms on the main floor. In one of the rooms, it smells so bad like the washroom drainage hole is broken. And the other room, the sink and shower drains are not working properly. This property needs complete renovation.

Summary: For the price… it was a good option in This sleepy little town. It is obvious that the family is trying hard to run a good hotel but it definitely needs a little tlc but undoubtedly hampered by economics and lack of capital. The woodwork is very reflective of the cultures in the area. Again, the price was ridiculously low and for that it represents great value even with the shortcomings. The modest toast and coffee available in the morning was appreciated.

Summary: Absolutely lovely stay the balcony in our room was on the River Yuam. Great room cool air con and toiletries. Free simple breakfast and great staff who was happy to help anytime via google translate . The best balue for money

Summary: been staying here for many years whilst passing through on motorbike tours. The rooms are very basic and breakfast is just toast, Nescafé & some fruit. Be warned - the council is constructing a promenade between the river & the guest houses. It will take about a year to complete and may make it very noisy & dusty whilst the work continues
