Positive: I chose this hotel solely for its location, without expecting anything special. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which offered plenty of room for suitcases. The room was equipped with everything needed for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, and a good air conditioner—and was well-appointed overall. But the highlight was the beach; it was right nearby. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, too, featuring upscale homes and close proximity to the main street. It was my first time visiting this city, and it has now become my number one favorite place in Florida.
Negative: I can't say there was anything I didn't like about this hotel. It's just that I don't care for a skylight that can't be darkened. Still, it's a fine place to stay for a couple of days.

Positive: Very well maintained and clean. We stayed in both a king and a queen room- the king was a little larger, but the queen was perfectly comfortable and had a small kitchenette. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. There was complimentary bottled water, and we appreciated being able to borrow beach chairs and towels. Although the host wasn't on site, communication was quick and easy, and everything went smoothly

Positive: Amazing Location. Check-in was made available before 3pm - a code is sent to you by text message in order for you to open the door. Parking is free. Mini-apartment had a stove, microwave, refrigerator and there were beach chairs available for use as well as beach towels. Overall, a great stay! I would stay here again.
Negative: The 2 beach umbrellas available for use were broken ( We took them to the beach just to find out they were useless). We didn't contact the property management because we only stayed 2 days. Also, they have an ice machine in the laundry room. I would suggest moving it as its next to the dryer (which melts the ice).

Positive: Check in was super easy and the staff were very helpful and polite. The property itself is in great condition and has a lot of character. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which we appreciate very much.
