Positive: The hotel staff was wonderful both at check in and checkout. Two of the rooms were close together. One was further away. It would have been nice to know that the pizza place was closed. Limited options for vegetarians. All in all though is was a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. I would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you!

Negative: Limited food options at the restaurant.

Positive: Very comfortable room with everything me and my dog needed. Staff were friendly, welcoming and pets were welcome throughout the hotel. Glencoe is a simply stunning location. Two restaurants on site, both of which served good quality food.

Negative: Only thing that would have improved the stay would be a fridge in the room, particularly when travelling with pets as fresh food should be kept chilled.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again to explore Glencoe some more.

Summary: Booking.com may have taken a hefty fee on this booking- I don't know. But it seemed over priced for what we got.

Positive: The location is pretty good, accessible to loads of things. Lovely room. Breakfast was good.

Negative: Not a lot of staff around, staff didn’t feel welcoming to us when we were around. On Booking.com says that per dog per night was £20 but upon arrival we was told it was £25 per dog per night, only £5 so not an issue money wise but best to update the third-party booking systems.

Summary: Nice property and area but a bit pricey for the size of the room and for the facilities provided.
