Summary: The whole experience was wonderful. The room was clean and well appointed. The hot tub was just right.

Summary: The pet friendly room has dog bowls and a bed for our lab. The staff was friendly and the facilities were so cozy. The hot tub closes promptly at 9pm and someone gave me a 10 and 3 minute warning. I’m not sure if they even worked for the resort but my suggestion would be to keep the hot tub open until 10pm. Would love to come back and visit again.

Summary: Nice spacious room, great parking, love the "living room" area that we could use and nice to be able to use the grilling facilities. Maybe the only thing that would have made a bit better; rather than a table and chair, to have two comfortable chairs or a sofa in the room.

Summary: The property was quiet and clean but an air conditioner would have been nice. Also an easier way to get heavy luggage to the second floor for customers in their 60's

Summary: Our family stay was pretty good overall. Just a few things to improve: * Pillows could be improved * Add decaf coffee pods * Change the bar soap, it leaves a weird texture on skin * Add air conditioning (the fan is not enough) The contactless late check-in and early check-out key drop really helped us out.
