Positive: Great size with well proportioned bedrooms and lovely living spaces. Great location and the garden was great for the kids. Fraser was really reactive when we needed initial items sorted when we arrived which was appreciated.

Negative: Lack of cooking utensils made it difficult to cook anything. Also a little difficult to cater for a full house with limited mugs. TVs difficult to get to work but after a bit of fiddling were fine. Quite a lot of cobwebs and noticeable wear and tear around the property. It would have been useful to have more toilet rolls and bins in the toilets.

Summary: Great property but could do with some TLC.

Positive: The size of the house and garden was perfect, the hot tub and sunea was a great addition Netflix was great. Very warm house.

Negative: Not enough kitchen ware. Like big pans, decent mugs or tea towels. Carpet on stairs is loose on a couple of steps. Could be dangerous. Wheelie bins were all ready half full, and overflowing by mid week.
