Positive: The room was too hot as the weather had improved. We were unable to open the window due to traffic noise, and the heating had been on all day. We were unable to sleep before our early flight. We have stayed previously and our experience was good

Positive: nice comfortable room; very handy for staying nthe night before leaving early to go to Bristol airport; only 10 minute drive to airport & they leave out some breakfast for you if you want to eat before leaving early; friendly staff

Negative: some road noise in room on main road but not during the night

Positive: The location was excellent, close to the airport. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very good. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Negative: Continental breakfast the following morning was ok. The only we would criticise is there was no butter for the toast and no one to ask.
