Positive: This place is so welcoming, it's an ideal property for anyone wishing to drop their shoulders, chill out and relax. The reason? Well, the location is right on the edge of Thetford Forest with the River Ouse running past it. This is unique in that the studio flat is well situated to everything. The studio is well furnished, with excellent choices of good taste and quality. The bed was by far the most comfortable I've stayed in for a long time and the owner has gone to a lot of thought as to make her guests feel at home.

Positive: It had everything i needed for my stay. The host was really lovely and so helpful, even giving me some freshly laid eggs, Tea bags, milk etc as i arrived quite late. I would most definitely stay here again.

Positive: Extremely quiet and comfortable, perfect for me and my dog. Christine was delightful and made me feel very welcome and at home.

Negative: Very minor thing, but the lamp didn’t work, although I didn’t mention it until I was leaving so it was just a small inconvenience.

Positive: The quiet well-treed countryside is very appealing, as was the flint-walled lodging with a modern interior supplied with all needed kitchen supplies as well as excellent internet service. The three rare-breed Golden Guernsey goats are a nice touch, and the owner kindly supplied me with eggs from her hens.

Negative: There was nothing that I didn't like. The countryside is beautiful, and the forestry office a short walk away was very helpful with information about the natural environment at the head of trails along the River Little Ouse and through the forest.

Summary: A superior experience!
