Positive: Beautiful room with views. Hot tub is in garden but was fantastic. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Walks from the garden where lovely.

Negative: Room felt a little bit cluttered with personal belongings but for a one night stay it was great.

Positive: The location is idilic with a rural setting and lots of birds in the garden. It is a peaceful location and easy to find with room to park your car safely. Our host was very welcoming and laid on a lovely breakfast at our request (though not included in the price).

Negative: The room was small and had several large wardrobes with the owners belongings in, one reserved for guests. The glassware was very dirty and could not be used in that condition – looked like they'd been there a year or more unused. I'm sure if we had said something, these would have been swapped out immediately but by the time it was noticed it was late and we didn't want to disturb our host. Other minor gripe was their dog had brushed up against my legs a few times and left what can only be described as an orange oily mess on my trousers - annoying as I had only one other pair with me for the two nights we were there.

Summary: Beautiful setting, very peaceful and calm.
