Summary: Property in a great location with ocean view and very close to path to the beach. Enjoyed time on the deck looking at the stars and sunrise. The owner was kind to let us in early due to a cancelation. Much appreciated! House is showing its wear with rugs that can benefit from a cleaning or replacement. Also, walls ready to be painted. It is end of season so perhaps a little tired by a Sept. rental. We enjoyed out stay! Beach was beautiful, broad and uncrowded!

Summary: This house is perfect for extended family vacation. Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils and spices, which was nice. The game room was a huge plus for us. The adults could visit and catch up upstairs while the kids played games and watched movies in the game room. The utility closet had an assortment of sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach cart. The beach access really is close!! The location and views are wonderful. The owner communicated very clearly and always responded quickly. I highly recommend the property!!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our time at this rental. The location is fantastic, 30 second walk to the beach, great views from the upper deck of the ocean. The game room was a nice bonus for the kids to play in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. This is a great rental property!
