Summary: The overall review would have been higher except there was an unpleasant odor about the house that was more noticeable in some areas versus others. It made it hard to want to stay in the house longer than needed. If it hadn’t been for that we would have had no issues.

Summary: The property is very nice and very well appointed with everything you need. The view from this house is amazing and the proximity to Dillon is perfect—out of town but close enough to hit restaurants and the like. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. We’ll be back!

Summary: The home was very comfortable and inviting. The views are beautiful. And the neightborhhod is very quiet. We enjoyed our visit and if we return to Montant we will definitly stay here agin.

Summary: Excellent, clean, and comfortable property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean and all the appliances are nearly new and high grade with the best options available. The furniture is in excellent condition and comfortable. Only drawback was no A/C, but that wouldn't matter for 90% of the year.
