Positive: This was actually a great stay. Very comfortable, well located. The apartment has two bedrooms (I thought it was only one from the photos). Unlike other people giving reviews, we did not see any cockroaches during the whole 7 days of our stay and all the machines worked as expected (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster). The pool was nice and relaxing. The parking was also quite fine, useful for us. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The owner makes you feel like at home also with plenty of books and decorations.

Negative: Small things, maybe the bathroom tap can be screwed to the surface a little tighter. Maybe not everything in the apartment is brand new, but really nothing that could disturb our stay! Oh, and maybe the apartment description, automatic information and photos on booking should be updated - but everything is in fact better than in the older descriptions and pictures. Which means it's rather good for the owner, the guests will be just fine!

Summary: This was a great choice for our family holiday!

Negative: I didn't anticipate walking through parking garage to neighboring roof top for pool but it was secure and lovely.

Positive: Property was much more basic than expected. Would not classify as “luxury.” Felt like we were moving into a relative’s home unexpectedly— baby crib blocked the closet, high chair in kitchen, rocking horse in living room. No toiletries or coffee pot, but supervisor did provide them on request. Washing machine doesn’t work. Also only a French balcony. No outdoor space is pool area that is nice (but without seating) but very different to locate without watching a video. Also, nobody met us to check in. Door combination did not work properly and we had to wait almost THREE HOURS for someone to come and rectify.

Negative: Good location near restaurants and conveniences.

Summary: Less than expected. Location is good but accommodations fall short.

Positive: Short walk to the city. Safe neighborhood. 3 bedrooms. Only one bathroom but shower and toilet were at least separated in two different rooms.

Negative: They accepted my late check in but when I called they seemed confused and we had to wait outside for a bit for someone to open the door. It was not clean to my expectations. Crumbs on the counter. Beds and bathrooms seemed clean, but floors questionable. Expect kitchen supplies, but don’t expect anything extra other than hand soap. No hair dryer, no shampoo, soap etc. On my check out date, a lady opened the door around 7am, we yelled and then she closed the door and knocked. There was a language barrier but I’m guessing she wanted to know when I was leaving? It was confusing and it was annoying that that was the only day we could sleep in. Disappointed.
