Positive: I had a wonderful 2 night stay here while running the 10k in Worthing. My room was immaculate and cosy which included Breakfast, lots of goodies were in my room!! Croissants, Porridge, Pain Au Chocolates, also a small fridge with water, juice, yogurt and more!! Kim is a lovely friendly Lady whose warm hospitality made me feel very welcomed, If ever I’m in Lancing again this will be my definite place to stay!!!

Positive: It was affordable and clean. The hosts are very friendly and the fridge is stocked with complimentary goodies.

Negative: Small room (it has a couch with coffee table though)

Summary: A few minutes away from the busstop. Too far to walk from the train station if you have heavy suitcases.

Positive: I stayed in Room 1, a single room with own bathroom. Everything was spotless, bed very comfortable and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. 10 mins walk to local shops and 5 mins to the sea. Thank you so much Kim, I’ll be back!

Positive: The room i stayed in was cozy, very clean, and fresh. It had a tv , mini fridge, which was well stocked with yogurts , jelly, fruit juice, milk , butter , cheese , ham , croissant x2 pan o chocolate x 2 , porridge, tea ,coffee. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean and new looking , there's even a hairdryer. The house is lovely, my bathroom downstairs was really clean, and I had everything you could need , soap , shower gel , shampoo, and conditioner, it was warm with the towel rail on . The hosts, Kim and Patrick, are lovely, really friendly. I will definitely stay here again as it's handy for work and very peaceful

Negative: The only slight drawback was the bathroom was downstairs but it really wasn't a problem at all .

Positive: Perfect for my overnight trip and would definitely stay here again. Great night’s rest in a quiet location and the car charged while I slept. Communication from the host was spot on throughout and they made sure everything was just right. Highly recommended.

Positive: A short walk to the beach, the room was immaculate and the continental breakfast was plentiful. Kim was very helpful and friendly.

Negative: If l had to find a fault with my stay it would be that the room was small and l wouldn't book a long stay for that reason
