Positive: A new, excellent hotel, a 5-minute walk to Galata Tower, close to Galata Port, Istanbul's main attractions, and public transportation. The Deluxe Room overlooking the courtyard (garden) is large, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is clean. Very friendly service, and late-night check-in is possible. Simple but very good Turkish breakfasts are served until 10:30 a.m. Good Wi-Fi.

Positive: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff were truly exceptional — both at the reception and at breakfast. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. When they found out it was my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with a plate of fresh fruit delivered to our room. This thoughtful gesture made our day and left such a positive impression. Their kindness and attention to detail are simply outstanding. The hotel itself is new, spotless, and very comfortable. We were traveling with our dog, and it was great that the property is pet-friendly — this made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks as well to the receptionist (unfortunately, I cannot remember his name) who arranged a taxi to the airport for us. It was extremely convenient and much appreciated. We are already planning to come back next year and will absolutely choose this hotel again. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and care!

Positive: The hotel is truly fantastic. It offers an excellent variety at breakfast, fully covering all needs. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Moreover, its location is ideal, as it is situated in a very central area, allowing you to reach almost everywhere on foot. I would like to especially thank Abdulal and Talha for their five-star service, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.
