Positive: Friendly and cooperative staff. I liked the overall environment and the convenience of having a bathroom nearby. The location was also v good

Negative: Unfortunately, there were several things I did not like. There was no lift in the hostel, which was difficult with luggage. My lower bunk bed was under a broken upper bunk, and I felt uncomfortable and unsafe because of the constant noise and movement from the damaged bed above. The fan near my bed was not working properly, making the room very hot. The bathrooms and toilets were not separated for males and females, which I found uncomfortable. The rooms were also quite far and required climbing many stairs, with no luggage assistance available. Additionally, noise from the bar/pub downstairs could be heard in the rooms, which affected my stay. The lockers were also extremely small. Even my small backpack could not fit inside, so they were not practical or useful for storing belongings. Having such small lockers made it difficult to keep personal items safe.

Positive: Nice staff, easy and fast check in and check out. Beautiful building and great location.

Negative: Two of our three nights there, we had to ask the person working at the reception (it was next to our room) to lower his voice several times. We could even follor all his phone conversations. When it's another guest who is noisy, you can't blame the hostel, but when it's their own people and it happens several times, I believe it's just unrespectful. It was very annoying, we couldn't get a proper rest.
